After the Impossible...What's next? This past Sunday, Liz continued our teaching series on the life of Abraham which we're calling "Waiting Well." She looked at how Abraham & Sarah responded to God's promise to do the impossible. You can listen to the talk here. This Sunday, Matt Croasmun wraps up the series by considering what comes after the impossible has come to pass. Abraham and Sarah get the son they've been waiting for and then God asks Abraham to do the craziest, most heart-wrenching thing imaginable: sacrifice his only son, the son of the promise. What comes next tells us what life with God is really about.
