What's Happening at ECV

Trust > Transaction
Last Sunday, Bradley Gable continued our summer teaching series by examining Paul’s own story and how he was someone whose life was radically changed by an encounter with Jesus. Listen to the talk here. This week, Jim Rolf will continue our study on the letter of Galatians, unpacking "justification", "faith", and "the Law" and exploring how these ideas might intersect with our life.

Leadership Structures at ECV
6/28 - after the service

Join us this Sunday (6/28) downstair after the service for a meeting about the current leadership structures at ECV. We will be talking about the role of our Elders and other topics relating to the different leadership structures within the Church. Be a part of the conversation as we seek to follow God as a church and honor Him with our community.

Arts and Ideas
June 12-27th

The festival of Arts and Ideas only has a couple of days left. If you haven't had a chance to attend any of the events, don't worry, there's still time. Visit the website for a full list of activities and events. Get a group of friends together and enjoy the summer in Downtown New Haven.
Open our Eyes

For the last few months ECV has been doing a series of prayer calls to help us orient our hearts toward God in the midst of some troubling current events. If you would like to reflect on where ECV has been over the coarse of this practice, visit our facebook page where we have compiled an album of the images and prompts for prayer.
