What's Happening at ECV

Family Worship Gathering This Sunday, we're going to have a special Worship Gathering.  ECV Sprouts has invited us to join them in a service styled after their worship and teaching time on Sundays. There will be lively worship, teaching, skits, games, discussion time, more worship, and prayer. Join us as we encounter God in a place of mutual learning as we experience more of Him altogether!

Picnics at Edgewood Park Wednesdays @ 5:30pm Every Wednesday this summer the ECV family will be gathering for a picnic at Edgewood Park. We'll meet near the playground area on Ella T. Grasso for some casual fellowship and family-friendly fun. Bring your own picnic, a blanket, and a few friends!  Mid-week Discussion Series: Live Simply/Give Generously Wednesday, July 31st  8pm, 47 Dyer Street Jesus calls us to live simply and to give generously.  Many of us are intrigued by that call, but we wonder how do we live it out practically. Come join us as we ask questions, discuss options, and find some ways forward together. After this week the discussions will meet on Thursdays - same time and place. ECV's 6th Annual Ice Cream-Off Tuesday, July 30th 7:30-9:30pm 290 Fountain St.   The annual ice-cream off is a sacred gathering of ice cream eaters tasting and testing the skills of ice cream makers. (Yes, there will be prizes.) Bring your own homemade ice cream  to compete in this night of laughter and indulgence, or bring your favorite store-bought ice cream to share. Either way, you don't want to miss this!
