God on the Move Our teaching series looking at the activity of God continues this Sunday. Last week Josh Williams spoke on God's activity forming our character. Join us this Sunday as Manirah Agans shares about God's activity among the poor. Come and consider with us how God  works justice and and demonstrates  love to those who are often forgotten.

Picnics at Edgewood Park Wednesdays @ 5:30pm Every Wednesday this summer the ECV family will be gathering for a picnic at Edgewood Park. We'll meet near the playground area on Ella T. Grasso for some casual fellowship and family-friendly fun. Bring your own picnic, a blanket, and a few friends!  Mid-week Discussion Series: Live Simply/Give Generously Time & Place TBD Jesus calls us to live simply and to give generously.  Many of us are intrigued by that call, but we wonder how do we live it out practically. Come join us as we ask questions, discuss options, and find some ways forward together. Stay tuned for details! ECV's 6th Annual Ice Cream-Off Tuesday, July 30th 7:30-9:30pm 290 Fountain St.   The annual ice-cream off is a sacred gathering of ice cream eaters tasting and testing the skills of ice cream makers. (Yes, there will be prizes.) Bring your own homemade ice cream  to compete in this night of laughter and indulgence, or bring your favorite store-bought ice cream to share. Either way, you don't want to miss this!
