What's Happening At ECV

This Sunday
In this new year, do you feel free? Free to be courageous? To be joyful? This Sunday, Josh will talk about how the disciples' steps of faith following Jesus led them to experience a freedom and joy they could not have produced on their own. What it is it about becoming a disciple of Jesus that allows for this strange mix of courageous obedience that actually results in joy? Come and see.

Also, don't forget to catch up on any Advent talks you missed hereOn Sunday, Josh wrapped up our "Surprised by a God who Draws Near" Advent series with a talk about waiting well through the story of Anna and Simeon. You can listen to that talk here.
Transition Check-in
January 18, 6pm

If you have been with ECV this Fall, you know that we have undergone some exciting transitions - not just our building ones either. We want to carve out some time to check in, as a congregation, to see how these transitions are going.

This will take place January 18thSunday, downstairs right after church. This will include discussions on vision, staffing and leadership, and other structures in the church. The staff and elders would love to hear what is important to you as we continue to follow Jesus as a community.

CUE App for Parents
Parents, you may want to check out the Parent CUE app this week! Centered around the same themes ECV Sprouts Elementary and Preschool classes use each month, it provides ideas for connecting with our kids.
