What's Happening at ECV

Life with a Living God:
From the Sanctuary to the Streets
April 12th-13th

What if God is real? What if God is at work in the world? What if God wants to work in us and through us? Whether you've been following Jesus for years or are just beginning to explore life with God, this conference will be an opportunity to explore what life could look like in God's presence.  Throughout the weekend, we will learn about and practice spiritual formation, how God shapes us over time, and prophetic and healing ministry as two important ways we can encounter and grow with God. Check out the video (left) and the segments below for more details about the conference sessions. You can register here

Spiritual Formation

April 12th, 7pm
April 13th, 10am
In these sessions, we'll explore practices that open us up to God's powerful love in the face of burnout and stagnancy. By taking time to interact with God through listening and centering prayer and other contemplative practices, we hope to be changed and equipped for a journey with Jesus over the long haul.

Listening & Healing Prayer

April 13th
2pm & 7pm

Our final sessions will focus on God's heart for those around us and our invitation to  pursue God's Kingdom in powerful ways as ordinary folks.  There will be opportunities to workshop listening and healing prayer and to bless people in New Haven with God's loving presence as we move from the sanctuary to the streets.

"Questions" Survey

This past Lent we did some special stuff to encounter Jesus through the questions he asks. Could you take a moment to fill out this brief (10 min) survey to help our community learn about what was helpful, what wasn't—and what we saw God do during this season? (responses are anonymous by default) Thanks so much!
